24. Your First 30 Days
Days 1 to 7: Understand. Define the customer and the problem. Hold at least ten customer conversations. Study the alternatives. Use AI to organize what you learn.
Days 8 to 14: Test. Create the smallest credible version. Make an offer. Ask people to buy. Change the offer based on what actually happens.
Days 15 to 21: Formalize. Once the evidence says the idea deserves more effort, check the location, choose the entity, file with Sunbiz, get the EIN, open the bank account, set up bookkeeping, register for Florida taxes, confirm licensing, and start the County and City receipts.
Days 22 to 30: Launch. Publish a clear website. Contact prospective customers. Launch publicly where it makes sense. Collect feedback. Fix things. Sell again.
At day 30, do not ask, "Does my company look professional?" Ask:
"What did the market teach me that I did not know thirty days ago?"
